We know skilled trades are the backbone of a strong economic future, but outdated perceptions and an emphasis on college degrees have led to labor shortages. That’s why the Lowe’s Foundation launched a 10 year commitment from 2025 to 2035 to help train and develop 250,000 new skilled tradespeople and support the next generation of Pros.
